Chuck Collins, President Emeritus of the YMCA of San Francisco, alongside a global planning committee of young leaders from every continent - as well as many other leaders - worked behind the scenes to make the Youth-Led Solutions initiative possible, sourcing partners, drafting the agenda and much more. Here, he shares the importance of the initiative and the first round of seed funding.
