Mike began pioneering community events in the UK. Now, Bromfield Events works with organisations who's objective is to make a positive social impact on the world. In the last 10 years, he has gone on to work alongside international organisations on conferences, summits, festivals, award ceremonies, concerts, celebrations, and fundraisers.

In 2019, Mike was inducted into Conference News' 30 Under Thirty Class of 2019 for his work with YMCA on its 175th-anniversary celebration and youth leadership summit, YMCA175.
